Waste Not, Want Not

I took heed to my mother's warning
Waste not want not
Nothing shall go to waste
As the pleasure is embraced
So shall you embrace awful things
Know that the greatness that you prayed for
Is eternally attached to the minuscule things
You will find that the things you think of
As the least important may be the most important
I've wasted many a canvas
But not ever had I wasted my time
Take this ugly painting
And I'll take the lesson
I've wasted many a man
But not once have I wasted my mind
Go take a woman that befits you
And I'll befit my own heart
